Mariam Diane Lyons Dennie
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at St. Francis Hospital on Sun., Jan. 24, 2010.
Diane was preceded in death by her late husband, Raymond J. Lyons, who passed away in 1976. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Elaine DeRocili, and very dear friend, Margaret Hutchison.
Diane is survived by her sons, Raymond Lyons and his wife Maryellen, Paul Lyons and his wife Wanda, and Douglas Lyons and his wife Carol; her daughters, Melinda Finch and her husband Todd, and Cynthia Eastburn and her husband Al; 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren; her sister, Yolanda Pratola; her very dear and loving friends, Marie Hurd, Georgia Brunck, and Dorothy Closson.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Fri., Jan. 29th, at 11:00 am at Mount Salem Methodist Church, 2629 West 19th St., Wilmington, DE. Friends may call at the church from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday morning. Interment will be private.
