Obituary

Marie Ann (Neville) LeDoyen
Age 77, died Friday, January 20, 2012 at Manor Care Nursing Home, Limestone Road, Wilmington, surrounded by her loving family.

Marie was a bank teller/part-time bookkeeper for Strawbridge and Clothier. She worked at Colonial National Bank and Delaware Trust for many years. Everyone would wait in line to visit her outside her teller booth because she was so warm and friendly and always had lollipops for the kids.

She graduated from A. I. DuPont High School. She enjoyed square dancing, playing cards, and loved spending time at the beach. Marie was known to be a sharp dresser with her spiked high heels, beautiful hair which she had done every week and she was quite the "Diva". She always wore a smile on her face and enjoyed people and made many friends.

Marie was the daughter of the late John and Marie Neville. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl LeDoyen; and her brothers, Harry Bargelski, Sr., and John Bargelski. Marie is survived by her son, James E. Gott, Jr. and his wife Rebecca of Wilmington; her daughter, Patricia (Gott) Watson and her husband Bruce of Newark; grandsons, Paul E. Cicamore, Jr. and his wife Dana of Wilmington, and Anthony Cicamore; great grandchild, Sophia Cicamore; step-granddaughter, Kelly Murray and her husband Josh; step-grandchildren, Lauren, McKenzie, and Thomas; and brothers, Joseph Richard Bargelski, and Paul Spitzer.

The family would like to thank Manor Care for the compassionate nursing care she received in the nine years as a resident. A special thanks to our dear friend, Ruth (Marinelli) Graziano, for her love and support during this most difficult time.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the service at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Elsmere on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 12 noon. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. to 12 noon Thursday. Interment is private.
