Mary Veronica (Figash) Mahon
Born March 16, 1925 in Beaver Meadows, Pennsylvania was the daughter of Louis Figash, coal miner, and Anna Novak Figash, a homemaker. Mary went to be with the Lord on January 27, 2019 at her home in Marydel, Delaware. She formerly resided in Ocean View, Delaware for over 30 years. Mary retired from Electric Hose & Rubber Company and Woolworths. Mary was a member of the Millsboro Senior Center.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Mahon.
She is survived by her son, Robert Mahon and his wife, Carol Joyce of Stockton, New Jersey, and her daughter, Beverly Ann Mahon of Marydel, Delaware with whom she resided. She also leaves behind her grandson, John R Pashak Jr. of Hilton Head, South Carolina and his wife, Alexis Dunham; granddaughter, Tabitha Downward and husband, Roy Downward Jr., of Clayton, Delaware; and her great grandchildren Clifton Rose, Addison Pashak, and Kimberly Downward.

The family would like to thank Seasons Hospice, Patricia Downward, Harvey and Maureen Allaband for their support throughout this difficult time.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Service for Mary on Wednesday., Jan 30 at 2:00pm at All Saints Cemetery Chapel, 6001 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE. Friends may call at the chapel from 1:00pm-2:00pm. Interment will follow in adjoining cemetery.
