Passed away on Sunday, Jan 4, 2015.
She was born to the late Ralph and Isabella McVey.
Mary Jane was a lifelong resident of Elsmere and a devoted member of the Elsmere Presbyterian Church. She was active in the Church, where she sang in the choir and held many offices. Mary was an Avon lady for over 40 years.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, John, and son, Guy.
Mary Jane is survived by her brother, Granville McVey; her son, Dale, and his wife, Judy; three granddaughters, Stephanie, Tammy, and Nichole; three great-grandchildren, Lauren, Hunter, and Brian.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the service for Mary Jane at Gracelawn Memorial Park Chapel, 2220 North DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE, on Thursday, Jan 8, 2015 at 1:30pm. Friends may call at Grace lawn Memorial Park Chapel from 1:00-1:30. Interment will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park.
