Mary Tobin Wolfe
Age 95 of Middletown
Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, May 28, 2019.
Mary was a dedicated employee of Atlantic Aviation. She retired in 1986 after 25 years as a legal secretary. In her spare time, Mary enjoyed spending time in her garden, birdwatching, and photography. She was an avid skier, excelling at the sport well into her 70s.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Wolfe; her son, William F. Proud Jr; her daughter, Rebecca McGlynn, and her sister, Margaret C. Tobin.
She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Ladyne Taylor; her daughter-in-law Lorraine Anglini Proud; her grandchildren, Amy Alpen, Heather Proud-Funk, Jennifer Gravino, Jill Bosch, Bryan McGlynn, William F. Proud III, and Erin Carter. Mary is also survived by her loving 18 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be private. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the interment at Cathedral Cemetery, 2400 Lancaster Ave., Wilm., DE 19805, on Friday, May 31 at 11:30 am.
