Melissa Fagan-Silva, who departed this life on March 18, 2026, at her home. Born on September 17, 1974, Melissa was a cherished daughter, loving mother, and devoted grandmother.

Melissa was a proud graduate of Wilmington High School and dedicated her life to the art of hair styling. She began her career at Perry Anthony before establishing her own successful styling business, where she brought joy and confidence to countless clients.

She is preceded in death by her father, John Fagan; her husband, Ray Silva; and her sister, Jennifer Fagan. She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion through her daughter, Alexa Silva, and her five beloved grandchildren, who brought her immense joy. Melissa is also survived by her mother, Donna Fagan-Harrison; brother, John Fagan Jr., as well as a loving extended family who will miss her dearly.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a visitation at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, located at 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington, DE 19805, on Saturday, April 11, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A eulogy service will commence at 11:00 AM to honor and celebrate Melissa's life and the love she shared.
