Michael is preceded in death by his sister, Vicki Blanco; and his father, Isaac "Bob" Millis.
He will be dearly missed by his children, Michael Millis, Jr., Paige Millis, and Tara Millis; granddaughter, Sophia; mother, Shirley Millis; mother of his children, Kathleen Scott; and siblings, Donna, Chuck, Maryann, and Andrew; as well as his extended family and countless friends.
