Patricia E. Bourdon
Age 86 of Wilmington, DE
Passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 with her daughter by her side.
Patricia was born in Wilmington, Delaware to the late Albert and Hattie (Dzielak) Williams. In 1955 Pat married the love of her life, Louis Bourdon, of Adams Massachusetts. Together they shared 50 years of marriage and love, raising their four children.
Pat was a dedicated employee of Ophthalmology Consultants for many years, a career she truly loved. In her down time, she enjoyed reading, puzzles, counted cross-stitch, gardening, crocheting afghans and Sesame Street Bert and Ernie Dolls.
Pat treasured time spent vacationing with her husband's large family. Some of best memories are shared with her husband, Louie, at their Pot Nets home they owned for over 20 years. They loved fishing and crabbing in their boat with family and friends from near and far.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louie and her sons, Kenneth Bourdon and David Bourdon; and her brothers, Donald Williams and Richard Williams.
She will dearly missed by her daughters, Deborah McQuilken (Paul) and Laura Shade; her grandchildren, Jason, Dana, Joshua, Lee, Louie, Justin, Amanda, and Tyler; and her six great grandchildren. Pat is also survived by her sisters, Lorraine Petitt and Judy Solge (Joe), and sister-in-law, Barbara Williams
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at Corpus Christi Church, 905 New Rd., Wilm., DE 19805 on Aug 5 at 11:00am. Friends may call at the church from 10:00am-11:00am. Interment will take place at Cathedral Cemetery
