Patrick J. Joyce

Age 51, passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 04, 2010, of a heart attack.

Patrick graduated from Henry C. Conrad High School in 1977.

Pat was a member of I.B.E.W. Local 313 and worked as an electrician since 1979.

He played football and baseball for both Corpus Christi and Conrad High School. He also enjoyed coaching his children, Shannon and Chris, in the Elsmere Little League.

Patrick was a avid lifetime Eagles and Phillies Fan.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas J. Joyce, Jr. Pat will be deeply missed by his mother, Florence Joyce; his children, Shannon Joyce and Christopher Joyce; brothers, Tom Joyce and wife Sandy, Kevin Joyce and wife Kristin; his sisters, Nini Baker and husband Bob, Karen DiStefano and husband Gary, Mary Ann McGovern and husband George, Flo Nagle and husband Jerry, Carol Casmay and husband Mike; and by his 15 nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at Corpus Christi R. C. Church, 901 New Rd., Elsmere on Wednesday morning, September 8th at 10 a.m. Friends may call at the Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Elsmere, Tuesday evening, September 7th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Interment in All Saints Cemetery, Newark, DE.
