Passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2017.
Phyllis was a graduate of Howard University in Washington, D.C. After graduation, she taught at Delcastle High School for more than 20 years.
She is survived by her step-mother, Ruth Howell; and 3 nieces and nephews.
Interment will take place at Gracelawn Memorial Park on Wednesday, October 11, at 11:00 am. A Memorial Service will be held at Hanover Presbyterian Church, 1801 N. Jefferson St., Wilmington, DE 19802, on Wednesday afternoon, at 1:00 pm
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hanover Presbyterian Church or the Limen House, PO Box 1306, Wilmington, DE 19809.
