Obituary
Ralph J Foster Sr, 75, passed away on Saturday May 4, 2019 at Christiana Hospital.
He was born in Wilmington, the son of the late James W.J. and Dorothy (DiCamillo) Foster.
Ralph graduated from William Penn H.S. in New Castle. He is a veteran of the Army where he served in Germany during the Vietnam conflict.
He was retired from the railroad where was known as Ratman. He loved hunting and fishing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers James, John, Robert, Stephen and William Foster.
He is survived by his children, Denise (William) Bestwick, Ralph, Patrick and Angela Foster, five grandchildren, Benjamin, Kayla, Rebecca, Jada and Amiah. Two sisters Elizabeth and Camille Foster. Two brothers Anthony and Thomas Foster.
Memorial Services will be held in the near future.
