Robert Lee Grzybowski

Robert was called to the Lord on Good Friday April 6, 2012. He died from injuries sustained from being struck by a car while skateboarding.

Robert attended Stanton Middle School and was in 7th grade. He was 13. He knew the words to every Jimmy Buffett song and had been to several of his concerts. Robert loved to dig holes. He had a construction area in the backyard and when he grew up he planned to attend Hogdson Vo tech School to become an excavator driver. If there was construction being done in the neighborhood, you would always find Robert there watching and trying to help the crew.

Robert was blessed with an adopted family and his natural parents. His adopted family included his mother, Dorothy Grzybowski; Uncle Richard Grzybowski, Aunt Theresa Grzybowski and Uncle Dennis Howard and Ian Howard their son and Robert's best buddy, Uncle John Grzybowski and Aunt Teresa and cousin David. His natural family included Michael and Judy Grzybowski; brothers, Michael Grzybowski , Justin Grzybowski, and Gabriel Grzybowski; and Grandmother, Hazel Campbell.

Robert, in the arms of the angels may you find some comfort there.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at Cathedral of St. Peter R. C. Church, 6th & West Sts., Wilmington, on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 10 a.m. Friends may call at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Elsmere on Wednesday evening, April 11, 2012 from 6-8 pm. Entombment in All Saints Cemetery.
