Robert Odom passed away peacefully on Friday, August 28, 2020.

Bob was born on May 16, 1934 in North Carolina to Annabell and Cleo Odom.

He retired from Chrysler in 1993 after 30 years of service. He enjoyed tending to his garden and working in the yard. He also enjoyed his Saturday afternoons when he would watch the horse races at Delaware Park.

Bob was a kind and generous man, who will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents Cleo and Annabell; as well as 2 brothers, Lewis and Nat; his son-in-law, James Lockwood and daughter-in-law, Marie Odom.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sophie; son, Robert; daughters, Marie Lockwood and Helen Hutson (John); grandchildren, Shannon Hutson, Daniel Odom, Lea Odom, Kira Lockwood and John Hutson. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; along with his extended family.
