Roscoe "Rocky" Fagans Jr.
Age 64 of Wilmington
Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on March 4, 2025.
Rocky was one of five children born to the late Roscoe and Elziabeth Fagans.
He was an employee of Greggo Ferrara Construction retiring after many years of dedicated service.
Rocky was the life of any party. He had a passion for all music, especially Ozzy Osbourne and was the undisputed tri-state air guitar champion. He was an animal lover and enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles. Rocky was an avid Eagles Fan and couldn't be happier when they won the Superbowl. But most of all Rocky loved his family. He loved his daughters and grandchildren more than anything.
In addition to his parents, Rocky was preceded in death by his brother, John "Jack" Lloyd; his brothers-in-law, Wiley Blevins and Michael Gilley; and his best friend and nephew, Dave Blevins.
Rockey leaves behind his "Daddy's Little Girl", Jessica (Charles), and his loving oldest daughter, Jennifer (Adam); his grandchildren, Brandan, Klementyne, Loukas, Zoe, Taylor, Natalie, and Holden; and his siblings, Eddie Lloyd (Joyce), Linda Blevins, Diane Gilley, and Steven Fagans (Michelle). He is also survived by his dear friend, Paul Kleinguenther; his nephews, Wiley Jr. and Steven Jr.; his niece Gwendolyn; and his brother-in-law, David Morris.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the service for Rocky on Friday, March 7 at 5:00pm at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE 19805, Friends may call at the funeral home from 4:00pm-5:00pm. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions to be made in Rocky's name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
