Passed away February 24,2024 at Silver Lake Nursing Home in Dover, De.
Mr. Hearn was born July 2, 1948 to the late Chester and Elizabeth Hearn.
He was also predeceased by his brother, Alan Hearn.
He is survived by his sister, Betty (Bill) Willoughby and 2 nieces, Debbie and Michelle and a nephew, Steven.
Mr. Hearn was an Vietnam veteran serving in the United States Army.
Services will be private.
