Ruth Brady
Age 57, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Ruth was a caring nurse for 39 years, the last 33 years with Christiana Care Hospital.
Ruth enjoyed traveling, shopping, going to dinner with friends, and spending time with family. She had a way of making those around her feel special and important.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Stephen Brady and Ruth Boylan. She is survived by her siblings, Stephen, John (Vanessa), Peg (Don) Connelly, Nancy Boylan, Frani (Jack) Degnars, Kathy (Leonard) Kahn; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and her dearest friend, Arlene.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the service at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, 2800 Duncan Rd., Wilmington on Monday, December 10, 2012 at 11 am. Friends may call at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Elsmere on Sunday, December 9, 2012 from 2-4 pm. Interment in Silverbrook Cemetery, Wilmington.
