Age 35, died July 13, 2010 at home surrounded by her loving family.

She worked for Advance Plastic Surgery.

Sandra was a member of the Holloway Terrace Fire Co.

She was a fundraiser for Susan Komen Cure for Cancer.

Sandra was a fun loving outgoing person, loving caring wife and mother. She enjoyed watching all Philadelphia Sports with her friends. She loved dancing and music.

She is survived by her husband, Ian Kelley of Wilmington; daughter, Payton Kinsler of Wilmington; daughter, Chelsey Bartoli of Wilmington; her father Charles Sheridan and loving friend, Tina Davis; sister, Christina Francisco and her husband, Michael; father-in-law and mother-in-law Greg and Wanda Love; sister-in-law, Angela Love; many loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Spirit Church, 12 Winder Rd., New Castle, on Saturday, July 17th at 10 a.m. Friends may call at the Holloway Terrace Fire Co., 700 West Avenue, New Castle from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday evening July 16th. Interment in All Saints Cemetery, Wilmington.
