Age 69 of Wilmington
Passed away peacefully on Valentine's Day, at home.
Sandra was the youngest child of the late Harvey & Laura (Horley) Fisher of Tremont, PA
Sandra was a graduate of Tremont High. She became a licensed cosmetologist and then a secretary for the Episcopal Church Home from 1971-93. During her retirement Sandra enjoyed traveling to Savannah and Miami. She treasured her time spent with the grands who lovingly called her Oma. She loved crafting but her true gift was in crocheting.
She is preceded in death by siblings, Donald Fisher of York, PA, William Fisher of Tremont, PA.
Sandra is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Alfred; daughters, Rebecca of Wilmington; Laura (Chris) Wuyts and 2 granddaughters of West Chester. She is also survived by siblings, Barbara Hopstetter of Lebanon, PA and Harvey (Bonnie) Fisher of Wilmington; extended family & friends.
Relatives & friends are invited to attend Service at Zion Lutheran Church, 2101 Lancaster Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19805, on Saturday, Feb 21 at 12:00 noon. Friends may call at the church from 10:00am-12:00 noon. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers she requested donations to Zion Lutheran Church, Seasons Hospice or your favorite charity.
