Captain Stan McHenry

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 29, 2015
Stan was born in Kent General Hospital on May 5, 1942, He was one of nine children.

He attended Oak Dale Vocational High School in Kentucky. Stan was a graduate of the University of Maryland. Stan served his country in the U.S Army serving overseas in Panama. He was a dedicated employee of Western Union for 33 years. Stan also was a CAPCA member for 25 years. Stan had a passion for sailing. He especially loved visiting islands and exploring shipwrecks. He was a devoted member of Passaic Clifton Scuba Club for 36 years.

Stan will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 49 years, Diana (Marcozzi) McHenry. Also left the cherish Stan's memory are his surviving siblings and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the celebration of life for Stan on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 34 W. 6th St., New Castle, DE 19720, at 3: 00pm. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Stan's name to a charity of your choosing.
