Theresa M. Ward
Of Wilmington, died Tuesday, March 27, 2012.
Theresa worked for DuPont for 8 ½ years from 1947 to 1955 as a library assistant. She was a lifelong homemaker.
She was a member of the Ladies Aux. Pulaski Legion, and New Castle County Irish Society. She was Past President of Diamond State Post 2863 VFW Aux. She was a member of Corpus Christi R. C. Church for over 60 years.
Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent Ward. She is survived by her daughter, Ann Marie Ward of Wilmington.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Graveside Service at Cathedral Cemetery, 2300 Lancaster Ave., Wilmington, on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 2:15 p.m. Friends may call at the Cathedral Cemetery Chapel from 1:30-2:15 pm Tuesday afternoon. Interment in adjoining cemetery.
