Trudy K. Arcudi
Age 81, died April 14, 2012 at home in Wilmington.
Trudy was a RN who completed her training with a Masters Degree. She was a director of nurses at many hospitals including Cedar Cini Hospital and helped write and develop the procedures manual for Alica Ann Burn Foundation. Later in life she worked as a private duty nurse where she cared for many celebrities and was with Lucille Ball until the end. She was admired and loved by all who knew her and will be terribly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 17 years, Dominick Arcudi. She is survived by her brother, Alfred Kempski and his wife Lillian; her daughter, Kimberly Arcudi; her son, David Arcudi; her grandchild, Shannon Fellegi; and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Hedwig's Church, 408 S. Harrison St., Wilmington on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 10 am. Friends may call at the church from 9-10 am. Interment in Cathedral Cemetery, Wilmington.
