Virginia Mae Carter "Ginny" passed away peacefully at her home with her loving husband Lou by her side on Tuesday, May 19, 2020.

She was born on June 12, 1944 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to the late Solomon and Erma Wagner.

Ginny worked for many years as a real estate office manager. After retiring, Ginny enjoyed spending time with her family in the home she loved. Whether it was gardening in her flower beds or reading a good book on her sun porch or deck.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Russell and Floyd Wagner.

Ginny is survived by her husband of 31 years, Simon "Lou" Carter; her son, Michael C. Kreps (fiancé, Jennifer Brown); her beloved grandson, Ryan Kreps; her brother, Fred Wagner of Palm Beach, FL., along with a host of loving nieces, nephews and friends.

A private graveside service will take place at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Ginny's name to Swank Memory Care Center, Wilmington Hospital 501 W. 14th Street Gateway Building, 5th Floor, Wilmington, DE 19801.
