Passed away on Saturday July 15, 2017. Bill was a dedicated employee of General Motors for 32 years, retiring in 2008. He loved boating, fishing, and crabbing. Bill also greatly enjoyed time spent with his family and his beloved dogs. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carmella DiSabatino and Alphonse Frank. Bill will be dearly missed by his wife, Susan Frank; his sons, William Jr. (Keri) and Phil; his stepdaughters, Nichole Ruff (Vince), Heather Pennypacker (Ryan), and Kim Webb; his 10 grandchildren which he adored, especially his best buddy, Anthony; and his stepfather, Andrew DiSabatino. He is also survived by his siblings, Bob Frank (Patti), Peggy Stith (Bob), Donald Frank (Judy), Linda Yianolatos (Mike), Andrea Fitzgerald (Mike), Sam Harrar (Vicky), Marie Moses (Wayne), Helena Boehmer (Charles); his aunt, Mary Harrar by whom he was raised; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Bill on July 22, from 9:00- 11:00 am at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE 19805.
