A graduate of Conrad High School, Paul was proud to have served in the United State Marine Corps.

He spent the next 20 years traveling throughout the United States with his brother, Carl and spending time at his home on Fripp Island in South Carolina.

Always an avid outdoorsman, he returned to Delaware fulltime in 2011 and set about fishing the Delaware bays. Paul loved taking long rides throughout the state and Lancaster County especially with his nephew, Ted, and friend, Dave Twilley.

Paul has peacefully joined his wife of 50 years, Becky.

He was also preceded by his grandson, Zach; his sister, Nan White; two brothers, Richard and Theodore White; brother in law, Robert Parker; and sisters-in-law, Jane and Dorothy White.

He is survived by his son, Stephen White of Bear; daughter, Vicki Rumpf and her husband, Joe of New Castle; and four grandsons, Robert Rumpf, Parker, Aidan and Quinn White; his brothers, Carl and wife, Linda White and Coleman and his wife Cinta White, both of Fripp Island, SC; and sisters-in-law, Sonia White of Easton MD, Patricia Parker of Parsonsbug, MD and Robin Taylor of Bivalve, MD, as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

Paul will also be dearly missed by his friends and family at Brookdale Hockessin, all of whom meant so much to him during the past year.
