Obituary for Roberta J "Bobbie" Wolfe
Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Compassionate Care Hospice.
Bobbie was employed as a bar maid at Mickey's Bar for 15 years. Later she worked at Galuccio's making sub and sandwiches behind the counter.
Bobbie was a lifelong member of Atonement United Methodist Church. She enjoyed the fellowship and community that the church offered. Bobbie loved to read and play games on her tablet.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Wolfe, Sr., and her son, Herbert Wolfe, Jr.
She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Jackie Gallagher, and her husband, Michael; her brother, Allen Gurtler; her nieces and nephews, Damon Gurtler, David Gurtler, Lisa Dubois, George Riley, Bobby Riley, David Riley, Brenda Schrader, and Steven Lam; her 7 great nieces; and her 4 great nephews. Bobbie is also survived by her step grandchildren, Tina and Sean; and her dear friend, Patricia Buckalew.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the service for Bobbie at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE 19805, on Tuesday, December 6 at7:00 pm. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 5:00pm -7:00 pm. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions to be made in Bobbie's name to Compassionate Care Hospice, 702 Wilmington Ave # B, Wilmington, DE 19805.
