Obituary for Drucilla K. Watson (Denny)
Passed away peacefully at home on June 10, 2016.
Drue worked for many years in the beauty industry as a receptionist. It was there she honed her exceptional sense of style.
Drue loved music and attending concerts. She also loved her jewelry collection and was a fantastic cook.
Drue was preceded in death by her daughter Kathleen Watson Arters.
She is survived by her son, Lewis (Kate); grandchildren, Christian, Justin and Danyell Arters, Katie W. Wolak and Brett Watson; and 9 great-grandchildren. She will also be dearly missed by her long term companion, Gene Perillo, and his daughters, Denise Spector and Donna D'Onofrio.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service for Drue at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE 19805, on Saturday, Jul 23 at 11:00 am. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 10:00-11:00am. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions be made in Drue's name to Gilpin Hall, 1101 Gilpin Ave., Wilm., DE 19806.
