Jeanie lived with us when I was young..about my son age until I got a little bit older..I ran around with her teeth in my mouth and I used to think I was just the coolest ever riding around with her in that yellow cab..I remember once she was leaving and I shut her leg in the door of her cab she was sooo mad at me =) but she got over it I know it hurt to. I regret not going to see her as much as I should have but like every kid I got older and friends and other things were much more important or so I thought. Than I had my little boy and boy did she love him to death. They would bring her a night time snack at the nursing home everynight and she would always put it in a bag and call me when that bag got filled of snacks for matt. She was a great loving lady but dont get it wrong she had a mean streek to her down to her last month..when she finally woke up and was talking clearly after her stroke I walked in and busted out in tears i couldnt believe what I was seein or hearing..we talked for awhile that day she looked tired so I simply said aunt jeanie do you want me to leave so you can sleep? she cut me some eyes and said "Katie if I wanted you to leave I would tell you to leave "...Oh she was a mess..Im soo glad I got to be with her in her last moments..My cousin Crystal and tricia and I were all there with her she was so strong to the VERY end and its something I could never forget..I love you and miss you soo much<#
