She was born on June 12, 1944 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to the late Solomon and Erma Wagner.

Ginny worked for many years as a real estate office manager. After retiring, Ginny enjoyed spending time with her family in the home she loved. Whether it was gardening in her flower beds or reading a good book on her sun porch or deck.

Ginny and I met back in 1965 when we both worked at LeMar's Bridal Salon, and we were friends for life. We stood for each other's weddings, shared the news about our children and grandchildren, and we laughed a lot over many years. Ginny was always the smartest person in the room, and that makes it so sad at the end. She was a great friend, fiercely proud of her family, and she will truly be missed. Lou, Michael, and Ryan, my heart is hurting today, and you have my sincere sympathies.
