Walter H. Herold
Age 80, died April 17, 2011 at Millcroft.

Walter was a chemical operator with DuPont Co. Experimental Station for 35 years and retired in 1985.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran. Walter was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time on the river.

Walter is preceded in death by his brothers, Rodney and Robert. He is survived by his brother, Richard A. (Dick) Herold and his wife Ginger; his nephews and nieces, Randy, Tori, Bryan, and Heather; and many great nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the service at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Elsmere on Wednesday evening, April 20th at 7 p.m. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. Interment in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, on Thursday morning April 21st at 11 a.m.
